What to Expect
In preparing for the growth in front of us we need to ensure that our business is scalable. To do so we need to support business development and growth by driving insight and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
As a Financial Services Analyst you will be responsible for building, understanding and maintaining a coherent data environment, key financial metrics and management reporting. From this you will be expected to propose actionable insights and targeted improvements across all EMEA Financial Services functions to maximize scalability and with global directives to maximize efficiency.

This role can be based in either Amsterdam or Berlin.

What You’ll Do
  • Producing actionable insights to support business development and growth;
  • Creating and maintaining data visualization and reports used by the EMEA Financial Services team and leadership;
  • Helping to level up our competitor analyses, funding forecasting, operational capacity forecasting and other recurring or ad hoc analyses;
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the finance process from quotation to maturity from both the perspective of a customer and internal teams touched by financing;
  • Evolve residual value modelling utilizing internal and external resale data and forecasts.
What You’ll Bring
  • Passion for turning analytics into insights
  • Prior experience with SQL, knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Experience in Tableau or other data visualization software are a big plus
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
  • An immense drive to get things done regardless of the road blocks – you don’t take no for an answer
  • Strong team player
  • Inquisitive - You ask the question “why” (a lot)
  • Scrappy – you can find creative ways of providing solutions to problems regardless of the resources available to you
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus.
